The program is developed from Dr. Campbell’s book – Promoting Positive Racial Teacher Student Classroom Relationships. It includes four customizable components. During the one-day teacher development workshop teachers are involved in activities designed to help teachers become proactive in developing classroom management strategies that eliminate the effects of potential diversity problems with students. The second component provides the administrative leader with activities designed to successfully support the efforts of the teachers involved in the transition and successfully facilitate the process that promotes a positive school culture by promoting positive racial teacher student classroom relationships. The third component is designed for schools that desire for on-going monitoring of the process. The fourth component consist of a pre and post evaluation to assess the statistical progress of the process.

About Promoting a Positive School Culture Program
The program can function as a full comprehensive training program, a center piece of an orientation for new educators, a refresher course for more experienced educators, or as a mentoring tool for veteran educators to discuss situations with up-and-coming educators.
