Cloomism Fuels Alleged Black Men Hatred for Cops A New Jersey reporter, Sean Bergin, was suspended by News 12 in New Jersey for giving his opinion regarding the cause for alleged Black men hatred towards cops. Bergin stated, “It’s important to shine a light on this anti-cop mentality that has so contaminated America’s inner cities. The underlying cause of all of this, of course, young black men growing up without fathers”. It is not the absence of a father, but Cloomism that fuels the alleged Black men hatred for cops.
The alleged Black men hatred towards cops begins in pre-school where Black children encounter experiences with White teachers that begin the process of hatred towards authority figures. According to the US Department of Education, Black preschool students are disciplined more harshly when compared to White students. Cloomism continues as evidenced by White students outperforming Black students at each grade level who are mainly taught by White teachers who are the authority figures in the classroom.
This process of Cloomism continues to fuel the alleged Black men hatred for cops continues as Black boys transition through schools. For example, in Meridian, Mississippi police routinely arrest and transport Black students to juvenile detention centers for classroom misbehavior. By the time that the boys reach maturity, Cloomism has completed fueled Black men with hatred towards cops. Schools will have to overcome Cloomism (Classroom Racism) by Elcloomism (Eliminating Classroom Racism). Schools can Elcloomism by facilitating a process that allows the teachers thinking about their students to transform with the adverse affect associated with a dysfunctional organization
